using cocktail shaker, add
- 1oz of lime juice
- .75oz of simple syrup (or 1.5T of brown or white sugar)
- 1.5oz bonbuz
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 2 lime wheels
muddle, fill with ice, and shake it like a salt shaker and “dirty dump” directly into collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
